Description:
We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who knows how to keep things moving — fast, smooth, and with zero drama. You’ll be the go-to person for every shipment in, every product out, and everything in between. You’ll lead with structure, delegate with clarity, and always keep your finger on the pulse of the floor. You’ll be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and performance management of warehouse personnel. From managing inbound and outbound logistics to fixing the barcode scanner that always dies on Fridays — you’ve got it handled. You’ll walk the floor not just to supervise, but to understand every process and improve it. You’ll ensure safety protocols are more than posters — they’re part of the team’s daily rhythm. You’ll be the person others count on to fix problems fast and communicate clearly when it matters. You’ll collaborate with procurement, transportation, and sales to keep communication seamless.
Basic Qualifications:
- Maintain documentation for inbound shipments, inventory records, safety inspections, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Adapt quickly to unexpected changes in supply, demand, or transportation disruptions to keep operations running smoothly.
- Prepare staffing plans for seasonal peaks, large orders, or product launches—balancing labor cost and workload effectively.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, inventory turnover, and damage/loss rates—taking corrective action when needed.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
Preferred:
- Able to manage warehouse layout for optimal flow, safety, and storage efficiency.
- Able to assess and maintain equipment like forklifts, pallets, and racking systems.
- Thrives in fast-paced, team-driven environments where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
- Comfortable leading both small and large teams depending on business size.
- Values leadership, precision, and accountability in warehouse performance.
Benefits:
- You’ll lead by example — training new hires, optimizing layout, and jumping in when needed.
- If something breaks or bottlenecks — you’ll be part of the fix, not stuck in the blame.
- You’re not “just in the warehouse” — you’re the heartbeat of the supply chain.
- You’ll be recognized for consistency, calm under pressure, and the ability to make things flow.
- Your leadership helps keep promises to customers, teams, and partners — every single day.
You’ll work closely with logistics, purchasing, and fulfillment to keep the chain moving without bottlenecks. You’ll coach and support your night crew — not just to meet expectations, but to own their performance. You’ll identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement solutions that drive measurable results. You’ll keep the floor safe, clean, and running efficiently even during peak pressure. You’ll use software to stay sharp, but your real skill is in leading people and making decisions in real time. You’ll never say “we’ve always done it this way” — because you’re always looking to improve. You’ll create a culture of accountability, clarity, and pride — where people want to show up and win together. If you’re the kind of person who walks into a messy warehouse and sees potential, not panic — we want you leading ours.
