We’re looking for a Remote Sales Representative who understands that modern sales isn’t about pressure — it’s about precision, presence, and genuine problem-solving. You’re the kind of person who can read between the lines on a Zoom call, turn a “maybe later” into a “let’s do it,” and follow up without being pushy. This isn’t a churn-and-burn sales role — we’re looking for someone who can nurture leads, build rapport quickly, and close with integrity. You’re great at identifying needs, explaining value, and handling objections without sounding rehearsed. You know how to listen actively, read signals (even over email), and build trust quickly. You’re self-motivated, organized, and thrive in environments where you’re trusted to manage your own time and performance. CRM hygiene? You don’t wait for leads to come to you — you seek them out, qualify them effectively, and always know what the next step is.
Basic Qualifications:
- Qualify leads efficiently so your time (and theirs) is focused on deals that can actually close.
- Host video calls or product walkthroughs, adapting your style based on the prospect’s industry and knowledge level.
- Work closely with team leads to refine your pitch, scripts, and objection-handling techniques.
- Listen to client needs and tailor your pitch to show how our solution solves their real problems—not just deliver a canned demo.
- Provide support during onboarding if needed—making sure the client feels like they made the right decision.
Preferred:
- Comfortable adapting pitches based on customer persona or industry.
- Has worked in SaaS, e-commerce, B2B, or service-based industries (or willing to learn).
- Enjoys learning about client pain points and positioning offers that match.
- Values honesty, transparency, and building trust-based client relationships.
- Comfortable with cold calling, lead qualification, and pitching product value.
