We’re looking for an Instagram Reels Editor who’s passionate about creating viral content and knows exactly what works on the platform. This isn’t about just throwing together clips — it’s about curating, editing, and crafting content that resonates with Instagram’s audience. You’ll be filming, editing, and producing short-form videos that stop people from scrolling. If you have an eye for trends and know how to tweak your content to stay relevant, you’ll be a perfect fit for this role. Your job will be to take raw footage and transform it into something eye-catching, engaging, and aligned with our brand’s voice. The key to success here is speed and creativity — we need someone who can quickly turn around edits and make them feel fresh and authentic.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work closely with content creators or marketers to understand the story and bring it to life visually.
• Track Reels performance and report weekly insights to improve future edits.
• Repurpose content from longer videos (YouTube, TikTok) into digestible Reels without losing meaning.
• Help develop recurring content series that can build audience expectations and brand consistency.
• Push boundaries with bold edits, experimental formats, and fast-paced storytelling.

Preferred:

• Has experience syncing subtitles or text effects with spoken audio or lyrics.
• Currently studying media, design, communication, or a related creative field.
• Understands Instagram’s algorithm and how to optimize videos for reach.
• Able to repurpose existing content into compelling Reels with a fresh twist.
• Keeps a library of favorite Reels for inspiration and analysis.
