Description:

We’re hiring a Secretary Intern who’s ready to build essential office skills while contributing to a professional, fast-paced environment. You’ll start by assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and learning how to manage a busy calendar. You’ll assist in creating memos, organizing files, and entering data accurately into internal systems. You’ll handle incoming correspondence — sorting emails, mail, and messages so that nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll learn how to take clear, structured meeting notes and format them for team reference afterward. You’ll help manage calendars, schedule appointments, and avoid conflicts through careful coordination. You’ll be responsible for restocking supplies, maintaining order in shared spaces, and supporting general office readiness. You’ll work closely with your supervisor and offer support on administrative tasks like filing, labeling, or organizing digital folders. You’ll be trained to handle confidential information with care and follow internal communication etiquette.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Take pride in small details—typos, missed appointments, or lost paperwork don’t happen on your watch.
  • Maintain filing systems—physical or digital—so documents are easy to find when needed.
  • Greet visitors professionally and ensure they’re connected with the appropriate staff member.
  • Uphold a calm, courteous presence even in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, prioritizing urgency and ensuring timely responses.

  • Able to coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, or events with vendors, attendees, and internal teams.
