We’re hiring a Waiter/Waitress who understands that great service is about care, not just speed — someone who notices the little things and makes every guest feel like a regular. You’ll greet customers warmly, help them feel at home, and create a welcoming tone from the first interaction. You’ll guide guests through the menu, make thoughtful recommendations, and answer questions with patience and clarity. You’ll handle food and drink orders with attention to detail, ensuring that every request is delivered just as it was asked. You’ll practice how to manage multiple tables, stay organized during busy hours, and move quickly while staying calm. You’ll learn our menu inside and out so you can make thoughtful recommendations and upsell naturally when appropriate. You’ll process payments, split checks when needed, and thank guests sincerely before they leave. You’ll help clear and reset tables efficiently, keeping the dining room clean and inviting for the next party. You’ll also learn how to handle customer concerns respectfully and when to call a manager for support.

Basic Qualifications:

• Memorize regular guests’ preferences to add a personal touch to repeat visits.
• Report any equipment issues, spills, or safety concerns to management right away.
• Support host staff and bussers when needed to keep the dining flow smooth.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout your shift.
• Take pride in creating an experience—not just a meal—for every guest who walks in.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to body language and customer satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Understands hygiene standards and safe food handling procedures.
• Values friendliness, attention to detail, and professionalism in every guest interaction.
• Pays close attention to special dietary needs, allergies, or custom requests from guests.
• Able to coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
