We’re looking for a Financial Analyst Trainee who’s ready to build a career in business intelligence and decision support — no prior experience needed, just a sharp mind and a love for numbers. You’ll help collect financial data, organize reports, and assist in preparing dashboards used by key stakeholders. We’ll teach you how to spot trends, calculate margins, and understand what drives profitability in a company. actuals, and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Expect to build models that simulate different business outcomes and support “what if” decision-making. Expect to work with spreadsheets, dashboards, and simple forecasting models — with plenty of support along the way. We’ll guide you through interpreting performance variances and understanding what they really mean. We’ll show you how financial decisions ripple through departments — from marketing to supply chain to HR. We’ll show you how to create dashboards and summary reports that simplify complex financial insights. We’ll show you how to structure your analysis so it’s easy to follow and hard to ignore.

Basic Qualifications:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and explain any variances from forecasts or budgets.
• Translate numbers into insights—your job is more than spreadsheets, it’s storytelling with data.
• Assist in budgeting, planning, and performance tracking for departments or entire business units.
• Create clear, concise reports and dashboards for stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business decisions.

Preferred:

• Familiar with creating and analyzing financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Can support due diligence, risk analysis, and market research for strategic planning.
• Comfortable with recurring tasks such as closing entries, reconciliations, and accrual reviews.
• Comfortable using financial software such as Bloomberg, Power BI, QuickBooks, or ERP systems like SAP.
• Enjoys solving real business problems using data, logic, and financial expertise.
