We’re looking for a YouTube Shorts Manager who’s equal parts strategist, editor, and trend-chaser. If you can spot a viral moment before it peaks and know how to turn a 15-second idea into 1M+ views, we’re talking to you. You’ll be in charge of planning, scripting, producing, and publishing Shorts that align with our brand and keep up with the ever-changing algorithm. You’ll need a deep understanding of what works in vertical video, especially within YouTube’s algorithm and audience behavior. This role requires a mix of creativity, editing know-how, and platform-savvy instincts — if you know the difference between a viral moment and just a cool idea, you're who we want. Whether you’re chopping up long-form content into snackable bites or producing original concepts, you’ll need to do it quickly, creatively, and with a deep understanding of what performs well in vertical video. Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with growth marketers to align Shorts with campaigns and channel growth goals.
• Coordinate cross-posting strategies across platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Quickly react to real-time events, trends, or memes that can spark viral Shorts opportunities.
• Analyze audience demographics and adjust style or pacing to match what's resonating.
• Document best practices, lessons learned, and editing presets to build a scalable system.

Preferred:

• Analytical mindset when reviewing Shorts metrics like CTR, audience retention, and shares.
• Experience writing compelling titles, descriptions, and choosing strong thumbnails when needed.
• Experience creating or managing engaging short-form videos specifically for YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of the YouTube Shorts algorithm and best practices for visibility.
• Enjoys editing fast-paced, punchy videos and experimenting with formats.
