Description:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our remote team and produce high-quality video content. You’ll be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into polished videos that align with the brand’s goals and messaging. You’ll collaborate with the content team to understand project requirements and bring their vision to life through high-quality video production. Basic Qualifications:

• Use software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut—whatever fits your workflow and client needs.
• Optimize file size and quality for different platforms and delivery methods without sacrificing fidelity.
• Support marketing or sales teams with repurposed content from webinars, interviews, or long-form assets.
• Help brainstorm new video formats, hook ideas, or editing styles to improve viewer retention and engagement.
• Stay updated with video trends, platform algorithms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, IG Reels), and viral editing styles.

Preferred:

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Can follow brand guidelines and adapt editing style to fit tone and audience.
• Experience organizing project files, assets, and revisions systematically.
• Capable of editing under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.
• Background or interest in film, media, digital marketing, or content creation.
