You’ve probably helped launch sites, fix bugs, update content, and troubleshoot the occasional plugin meltdown — all without breaking a sweat. From uploading blog posts and creating new pages to managing plugins and tweaking theme settings, you’re someone who gets things done without needing constant direction. You’ve probably worked with Elementor, Gutenberg, or other popular page builders, and you know how to build layouts that look great and work well on all screen sizes. You understand how WordPress works — from the media library to permalink structures — and you’re confident helping teams stay on top of updates, backups, and general maintenance. You understand the value of keeping plugins updated, themes organized, and the media library free of chaos.

Basic Qualifications:

• Monitor site speed and help implement optimizations like lazy loading, minified assets, and caching strategies.
• Help migrate content from old platforms or staging sites into live WordPress environments.
• Help upload content (blogs, images, product listings) while formatting it to match the site's design and SEO standards.
• Help configure basic plugins (contact forms, analytics, caching, etc.) and test functionality before go-live.
• Support SEO efforts by optimizing on-page elements like alt text, meta descriptions, permalinks, and heading structure.

Preferred:

• Enjoys working in a remote environment and supporting others with their websites.
• Pays attention to SEO basics using tools like Yoast SEO or Rank Math.
• Understands how to manage media files, categories, tags, and menus.
• Familiar with simple HTML/CSS edits or willing to learn through guided tasks.
• Has basic troubleshooting skills when plugins conflict or pages break visually.
