Description:
We’re searching for a Reception Manager who treats hospitality as both an art and a responsibility. You’ll be the first face people see and the calm voice they hear when they walk through the door or pick up the phone. Your presence sets the tone for the entire office — calm, organized, and in control. You’ll lead a team of receptionists, setting the tone with warmth, precision, and professionalism every single day. With you at the helm, the reception area becomes more than a waiting space — it becomes a statement of who we are. You’ll coordinate visitor schedules, manage bookings, and ensure meeting spaces are prepped and presentable. When a client is late, a CEO drops in unannounced, or the fire alarm decides to go off — you keep things cool, composed, and moving. You’ll monitor appearance standards, response times, and overall customer service quality. You’ll interface with leadership and admin teams, balancing people skills with operational rigor.
Basic Qualifications:
- Monitor phone etiquette, dress code, and professionalism among front desk team members to uphold brand standards.
- Train staff on customer service skills, emergency procedures, communication standards, and software tools used at the front desk.
- Track and report on front desk metrics such as wait times, visitor volume, or issue resolution times to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain check-in procedures, visitor logs, and access control systems in accordance with company policy and security standards.
- Liaise with building management, vendors, or facility teams to report maintenance issues or coordinate front desk improvements.
Preferred:
- Familiar with phone systems, appointment scheduling software, and visitor management tools.
- Understands the importance of first impressions and maintaining a polished, friendly atmosphere.
- Thrives in a people-facing, fast-paced environment where professionalism matters.
- Capable of creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent front desk service.
- Background or interest in hospitality, office management, HR support, or customer service.
