Description:

We’re searching for an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s ready to be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps our affiliate program growing, organized, and optimized. You’ll be working behind the scenes (and sometimes front and center) to support our affiliate efforts — sourcing new partners, managing day-to-day communications, and helping campaigns run like a well-oiled machine. Whether you're preparing custom links, organizing promo assets, or helping track conversions, you bring a sense of order, energy, and attention to detail to everything you do. You’ll help identify potential affiliates, assist with outreach, and make sure new partners are welcomed and onboarded with everything they need to succeed. You’re comfortable juggling several tasks, following up with influencers or partners, and maintaining structured records in spreadsheets or affiliate dashboards. You’re organized, reliable, and comfortable managing recurring tasks without constant reminders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep an eye on competitor programs to identify what’s working elsewhere and suggest improvements to ours.
• Coordinate small affiliate contests, bonuses, or shout-outs to boost engagement and motivation.
• Communicate wins, updates, and opportunities with affiliates in a way that feels human, not corporate.
• Respond to affiliate inquiries in a timely, friendly manner and provide clear support when they hit a snag.
• Maintain the affiliate database, keeping track of contacts, contracts, and performance data in an organized way.

Preferred:

• Experience with email outreach tools or CRM platforms is a plus.
• Can identify high-performing campaigns and summarize results for managers.
• Understands how to create or assist with promotional content like banners or UTM links.
• Strong communication skills for reaching out to partners and handling follow-ups.
• Curious about how affiliates monetize blogs, YouTube, TikTok, or newsletters.
