Description:

We’re hiring a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll manage the brand’s social media profiles, crafting engaging posts, and interacting with our community on various platforms. You’ll be responsible for curating content, writing copy, and creating visuals that resonate with our audience and reflect the brand’s values. You’ll track and analyze performance data, adjusting content and strategies based on engagement metrics and user feedback. You’ll keep up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and platforms, ensuring our strategy is fresh and aligned with current digital marketing trends. You’ll work with the marketing team to plan and coordinate social media promotions, contests, and giveaways to drive engagement. You’ll engage with followers, building a community by responding to comments, messages, and participating in conversations. You’ll manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring paid promotions are effective and within budget.

Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate with paid media teams (if applicable) to align organic and promoted content strategies.
• Be the internal advocate for social—educate teams on what performs well and why social content matters.
• Collaborate with PR, product, and customer service teams to amplify announcements or respond to customer signals.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, or video editors to produce high-quality social media assets (posts, stories, reels, carousels).
• Develop platform-specific strategies—what works on TikTok doesn’t always work on LinkedIn.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to detail, grammar, and formatting across channels.
• Understands hashtag strategy, timing, and content pillars for audience growth.
• Able to create storyboards or briefs for designers and video editors.
• Excited to grow into roles like Social Media Strategist, Content Lead, or Community Director.
• Interested in experimenting with new platforms or formats like Reels, Shorts, or Threads.

You’ll evaluate competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and ways to improve our own approach. You’ll report on social media analytics, offering insights and suggestions to improve campaign performance and ROI. You’ll ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints, from posts to ads and influencer collaborations. This remote role provides flexibility, allowing you to work independently while driving impactful social media strategies.
