Description:

We’re hiring a CNC Machine Operator who understands that precision isn’t optional — it’s the job. You don’t need experience yet, but you do need the mindset of someone who wants to grow in a high-tech manufacturing environment. You’ll be introduced to CNC machines that run with sensors, digital dashboards, tool-life monitoring, and built-in quality alerts — and we’ll show you how it all works. You’ll be trained on how to load materials, secure fixtures, and set up machines where tolerances are tight and tool wear is constant. You’ll be trained to understand interface logic, alarms, real-time status readouts, and what to do when something blinks red instead of green. You’ll be taught how to monitor feed rates, recognize the sound of a happy spindle, and stop production the moment something feels wrong. You’ll assist in preparing tools, changing inserts, cleaning chips, and keeping the work area safe, tidy, and ready for production. You’ll get comfortable navigating CNC control panels — not just pushing buttons, but understanding what each one does and why. You’ll measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges, and double-check your numbers before moving forward.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and transfer of completed parts to the next stage of production or quality control.
• Keep a clean, organized workstation to prevent accidents and support an efficient workflow.
• Participate in shift handovers by communicating machine status, tool usage, and production priorities to incoming teams.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or CMM equipment to ensure they meet dimensional and quality standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and work instructions to understand specifications and machining sequences.

Preferred:

• Capable of maintaining clean, safe, and organized workstations.
• Understands the importance of minimizing downtime and maintaining consistent output.
• Values precision, consistency, and quality in every stage of the machining process.
• Can work independently or with minimal supervision while meeting production targets.
• Organized in managing job orders, material inventory, and scrap tracking.
