Description:

We’re hiring a Lawyer Trainee to join our legal team — no experience needed, just sharp thinking, strong ethics, and a genuine interest in law and justice. You’ll help support ongoing legal matters by organizing case notes, reviewing contracts, and conducting structured research. We’ll teach you how to analyze laws, interpret contracts, and translate complex regulations into practical advice. You’ll help organize case materials, attend internal meetings, and take notes during strategy sessions. You’ll assist in collecting and reviewing evidence, timelines, and correspondence tied to both internal and client-side cases. We’ll show you how to research case law, summarize findings, and check for relevant legal precedents. We’ll guide you through how to track revisions, annotate documents, and maintain version control. You’ll learn how to create legal memos, support client communication, and double-check compliance procedures. You’ll also be exposed to regulatory frameworks and learn how to keep documentation legally accurate and audit-ready.

Basic Qualifications:

• Represent clients in court, hearings, or negotiations—calmly and confidently.
• Think critically and strategically even when working with limited information or time.
• Conduct due diligence for mergers, investments, or real estate transactions as needed.
• Respond quickly to urgent legal issues, especially in high-pressure or crisis scenarios.
• Present arguments, motions, or memos that are not only legally sound but persuasive.

Preferred:

• Enjoys solving complex legal problems and advocating for justice or business outcomes.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Counsel, Legal Advisor, Partner, or In-House Counsel.
• Understands how to maintain strict confidentiality and act with ethical integrity at all times.

• Able to supervise paralegals, junior lawyers, or interns and delegate research or drafting tasks.
