You know how to take a blank canvas and turn it into something that feels intentional, balanced, and undeniably useful. Your sense of layout, font pairing, and visual hierarchy is sharp, and you know exactly how to make a template both beautiful and practical. You get a rush from turning a messy concept into a clean, polished digital product — whether it’s for social media, eBooks, pitch decks, or online courses. Canva isn’t just a tool for you — it’s your favorite creative playground. Whether it’s planners, social media graphics, business presentations, or digital products, your designs are clean, smart, and on-brand. You know how to build with the user in mind, creating intuitive layouts that are easy to adapt and feel effortless to use. You enjoy working independently but are also happy bouncing ideas around with a team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with copywriters or clients to pair compelling text with clean visuals—good design is also communication.
• Stay up-to-date with Canva features and community trends to keep your designs sharp and relevant.
• Create visually appealing thumbnails and showcase graphics that help sell or present the templates effectively.
• Research market trends and audience preferences to create on-brand, relevant, and commercially viable template styles.
• Organize templates into collections and deliver them with proper naming, layer structure, and guidance for end-users.

Preferred:

• Can follow brand guidelines and create visually consistent content packages.
• Able to export designs in various formats (PDF, PNG, MP4) for client or platform use.
• Interested in creating bundles, style kits, and commercial-use template packs.
• Familiar with trends in Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and presentation styles.
• Knows how to use Canva's brand kits, grids, and advanced features like animations.
