We’re hiring a Remote Sales Representative who thrives on connection, communicates with purpose, and knows that trust is the foundation of every successful deal. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through our offerings with confidence, clarity, and just the right amount of hustle. This isn’t a churn-and-burn sales role — we’re looking for someone who can nurture leads, build rapport quickly, and close with integrity. You’re great at identifying needs, explaining value, and handling objections without sounding rehearsed. You know how to listen actively, read signals (even over email), and build trust quickly. You’ll track your activity in a CRM like it’s second nature, and you’re always analyzing your pipeline to understand what’s working and where to improve. CRM hygiene? You don’t wait for leads to come to you — you seek them out, qualify them effectively, and always know what the next step is.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Be persistent but respectful—follow-up is an art, not a spam button.
  • Craft personalized outreach that shows you did your homework, not just copy-paste outreach.
  • Track KPIs like response rate, call-to-demo ratio, and closed deals to stay sharp and improve continuously.
  • Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, or LinkedIn to introduce our products and services in a clear, friendly way.
  • Update the CRM with notes, stages, and next steps so the pipeline stays accurate and actionable.

Preferred:

  • Takes rejection professionally and uses it as motivation to improve approach.
  • Has worked in SaaS, e-commerce, B2B, or service-based industries (or willing to learn).
  • Enjoys reaching targets and celebrating small wins as part of a sales journey.
  • Knows how to build rapport quickly over email, phone, or video calls.
  • Familiar with using spreadsheets, task boards, or sales dashboards for tracking progress.
