Description:

We’re looking for a creative and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and create exceptional user interfaces. You’ll be responsible for designing seamless user experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. You’ll collaborate with the product and development teams to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts. You’ll conduct user research, create personas, and design user flows to inform the design process. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the design system is consistent across all platforms and devices, creating cohesive experiences. You’ll ensure that the design is consistent, intuitive, and aesthetically aligned with the brand’s identity. You’ll create and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency across products and aligning with brand guidelines. You’ll work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs and ensure high-quality user experiences.

Basic Qualifications:

• Test and validate design concepts through usability testing, A/B testing, or analytics review—UX is never done, it evolves.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, or usability testing to inform design decisions and improve UX flows.
• Maintain design file hygiene—label layers, structure pages, and document variations clearly for future reuse.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas and requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer to create responsive, scalable, and component-based designs.

Preferred:

• Thrives in collaborative, feedback-driven, and remote-first design teams.
• Open to participating in team rituals like design critiques, sprints, and reviews.
• Able to collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders remotely.
• Stays updated on UI trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices.
• Wants to grow into roles like Product Designer, UX Researcher, or Design Lead.
