Description:

We’re looking for a Sports Coach who leads with purpose, energy, and heart — someone who inspires athletes to grow both on and off the field. You’ll create structured training programs that improve strength, agility, endurance, and decision-making under pressure. You’ll assess each athlete’s current abilities and design drills that challenge their limits without risking burnout or injury. You’ll organize practices that are efficient, purposeful, and tailored to both team and individual growth. You’ll track performance over time, using both observation and metrics to highlight growth and adjust focus. You’ll give clear, age-appropriate feedback that helps each athlete understand how to get better. You’ll coach not only movement, but confidence — reinforcing habits that lead to mental resilience and long-term success. You’ll communicate clearly, listen actively, and know when to step in — or step back — to let progress unfold. You’ll communicate with parents, staff, and leadership to ensure goals are aligned and expectations are clear.

Basic Qualifications:

• Recognize when an athlete needs encouragement, discipline, or just someone to listen.
• Work closely with assistants, trainers, and medical staff to ensure holistic support.
• Keep athletes physically and mentally prepared for high-pressure situations.
• Track individual and team progress over time, setting goals and celebrating milestones.
• Handle wins with humility and losses with perspective—modeling resilience at every step.

Preferred:

• Certified in coaching, physical education, or athletic training, or willing to obtain certification if required.
• Can develop game-day strategies and adapt plans based on player performance or opponent tactics.
• Able to enforce rules while maintaining a respectful and encouraging team environment.
• Willing to participate in continued education, clinics, or certification programs.
• Background or passion in sports science, education, kinesiology, or competitive athletics.
