Description:

We’re inviting a curious and empathetic trainee to explore the world of psychology, personal coaching, and inner transformation — no formal background required, just a calling to help others grow. You’ll support personal development sessions by helping prepare materials, exercises, and coaching tools. We’ll teach you how to recognize behavioral patterns, identify emotional blocks, and support clients through structured frameworks. You’ll assist in workshops on topics like self-confidence, emotional intelligence, burnout prevention, and growth mindset. We’ll show you how to design engaging self-help materials that blend psychology, coaching, and habit science. We’ll guide you through models like the GROW framework, inner child theory, and visualization-based coaching. You’ll support the tracking of progress and help turn breakthroughs into actionable next steps. You’ll also learn how to communicate feedback gently, reframe limiting beliefs, and encourage mindset shifts. You’ll participate in case studies, roleplays, and feedback sessions to sharpen your empathy and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay updated on personal development trends, psychological research, and coaching best practices.
• Track progress over time and adjust methods based on client feedback and results.
• Create personalized growth plans based on the client’s goals, struggles, and strengths.
• Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to help individuals overcome mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Know when to push, when to pause, and when to just listen in silence.

Preferred:

• Able to guide clients through emotional challenges, mindset shifts, or behavioral changes with empathy and professionalism.
• Formal education or certification in psychology, coaching, counseling, or a related field.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops, webinars, or retreats in personal development topics.
• Enjoys helping others unlock their strengths, overcome blocks, and pursue meaningful goals.
• Can tailor sessions to individual needs—career growth, stress management, confidence building, or relationship improvement.
