Description:

We’re hiring a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating and curating content that aligns with our brand’s voice and resonates with our target audience. You’ll create and schedule posts, ensuring they are on-brand and tailored to each platform’s unique audience. You’ll analyze social media performance, track metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and growth. You’ll stay ahead of social media trends and implement new tactics to keep our presence fresh and engaging. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with the overall business strategy. You’ll engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and managing online community interactions. You’ll run social media advertising campaigns, including paid promotions and sponsored posts, to expand our reach.

Basic Qualifications:

• Report monthly with insights, wins, learnings, and suggested pivots—no vanity metrics, just actionable takeaways.
• Ultimately, turn followers into fans, fans into customers, and customers into a community.
• Write engaging, brand-aligned captions that spark conversation and keep followers coming back.
• Track analytics weekly—engagement, reach, growth—and adjust content strategy based on what actually performs.
• Keep a close eye on competitors and niche leaders to identify content gaps and opportunities.

Preferred:

• Understands hashtag strategy, timing, and content pillars for audience growth.
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands, influencers, or personal projects.
• Organized with campaigns, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing or PR teams.
• Can manage content calendars, cross-posting, and platform-specific guidelines.
• Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
