You’ll maintain a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at your station. You’ll be part of a creative team that supports, inspires, and challenges each other to grow together. You’ll support new team members, help where needed, and contribute to a collaborative, upbeat salon culture.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support bridal, event, or photoshoot styling, including updos and extensions.
• Listen closely—sometimes the client just needs to feel seen and heard.
• Stay calm under pressure during busy hours or demanding clients.
• Keep track of color formulas and client history for future visits.
• Handle feedback or concerns gracefully, offering adjustments or touch-ups when necessary.

• Enjoys helping people feel confident and look their best through personalized styling.
