Description:

We’re hiring a Factory Operator to join our 24/7 production facility — perfect for someone who’s reliable, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a rotating shift environment. You’ll oversee computerized equipment from setup to shutdown, ensuring every stage runs smoothly and according to specification. You’ll be responsible for loading raw ingredients, monitoring batching systems, and ensuring proper portion control. You’ll be responsible for starting, stopping, and cleaning machines during product changes or shift transitions. You’ll follow strict hygiene protocols — washing hands regularly, wearing PPE, and avoiding contamination at all times. You’ll document machine output, downtime, and quality control data in digital systems as part of production tracking. You’ll work from technical manuals, visual diagrams, or on-screen prompts to follow exact procedures with minimal supervision. You’ll help clean your area, reload supplies, and reset machines at the end of each shift for a smooth restart. You’ll coordinate with maintenance staff to report mechanical issues and assist in minor troubleshooting or resets.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, dies, or molds used in manufacturing.
• Adapt quickly to changes in production orders, product types, or equipment adjustments.
• Work on repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and consistency throughout long shifts.
• Monitor machines during operation to detect malfunctions or inconsistencies in product quality.
• Conduct visual inspections of products for defects, damage, or irregularities before approval.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to machine performance, part alignment, and timing to avoid jams or defects.
• Organized in keeping production logs, inventory counts, and daily output records up to date.
• Wants to grow into roles like Line Supervisor, CNC Operator, or Quality Control Technician.
• Open to learning how to operate new machines, follow new product specs, or apply lean manufacturing principles.
• Team-oriented and capable of communicating clearly with supervisors and coworkers during handovers.

You’ll assist with quick changeovers for different product runs, cleaning parts and inputting new specs where required. You’ll stay alert to temperature, weight, and time targets to ensure food quality and freshness. You’ll rotate through different stations or machines as assigned to support cross-training and workflow flexibility. You’ll be expected to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and stay alert in noisy, high-energy conditions. You’ll follow all safety regulations, wearing PPE, locking out equipment when required, and keeping your station hazard-free. You’ll attend safety and food-handling briefings regularly to stay compliant with regulations. Prior experience in food or beverage production is a plus, but not required if you’re reliable and eager to learn.
