Description:

We’re hiring an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s excited to help build and scale partnerships that drive real growth. You’ll play a key support role by managing outreach lists, keeping tabs on partner performance, and making sure every affiliate has what they need to succeed. From organizing affiliate assets and campaign briefs to ensuring that links, tracking codes, and payouts are accurate — your attention to detail will keep things on track. You’ll help onboard new affiliates with welcome kits, assist with campaign planning, and monitor engagement to spot high-potential partners worth nurturing. You know how to stay on top of follow-ups, write friendly check-in emails, and make sure affiliates always feel supported and seen. You love numbers, but you also understand that behind every stat is a relationship worth nurturing.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track deadlines for affiliate promotions, campaigns, and payouts—no one likes to be paid late.
• Communicate wins, updates, and opportunities with affiliates in a way that feels human, not corporate.
• Assist in recruiting micro-influencers or niche partners who might fly under the radar but bring strong ROI.
• Help test and validate affiliate tracking systems to ensure data is accurate and commissions are correctly attributed.
• Support outreach campaigns for seasonal promotions, product launches, or high-conversion windows.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to detail when checking links, commissions, and tracking tags.
• Understands how to create or assist with promotional content like banners or UTM links.
• Has ideas for new outreach channels or niches to explore.
• Interest in learning how to grow and optimize affiliate programs over time.
