Description:

We’re looking for a customer-focused and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our remote team and assist customers with their needs. You’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. You’ll assist customers with product or service issues, offering clear solutions and providing a positive experience. You’ll resolve customer complaints, ensuring that each issue is addressed professionally and to the customer’s satisfaction. You’ll maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while addressing customer concerns and answering questions. You’ll work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues that require additional attention. You’ll ensure customer satisfaction by providing thorough follow-ups and ensuring issues are fully resolved. You’ll provide feedback to the team regarding recurring customer concerns, helping improve products and services.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support other team members by jumping in during busy times, sharing tips, or helping review edge-case tickets.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the product or service so you can provide accurate answers and anticipate follow-up questions.
• Stay up to date on product updates, policies, and promotions to answer accurately and confidently.
• Maintain a calm and helpful tone even when conversations are difficult—you're the face of the brand in those moments.
• Be the human touchpoint in an increasingly automated world—because great support builds customer loyalty.

Preferred:

• Understands how to troubleshoot common issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
• Comfortable learning product details to provide fast and accurate support.
• Background or strong interest in customer success, communication, or digital tools.
• Experience working with SLAs, support queues, and ticket tagging is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple conversations at once while staying organized and focused.

You’ll assist with processing orders, including returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring accuracy in all transactions. You’ll assist in managing customer accounts, updating information, and ensuring records are accurate and complete. You’ll work with the sales team to upsell products and services where appropriate, enhancing the customer experience. You’ll help improve operational efficiency by providing feedback on customer interactions and identifying areas for improvement. You’ll track key performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction, to ensure service goals are met. You’ll ensure that all support tickets are handled promptly and that customers are kept informed about the status of their issues.
