Description:

We’re looking for a talented Motion Designer to create engaging animations that captivate audiences and elevate our brand presence. You’ll be responsible for designing motion graphics for videos, advertisements, websites, and social media content. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop animation concepts that align with brand strategy and messaging. You’ll bring ideas to life using tools like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D, creating visually striking animations. You’ll collaborate with video editors, sound designers, and other creatives to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into final videos. You’ll ensure all animations are optimized for different platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices. You’ll help optimize motion graphics for different platforms, ensuring they are effective across desktop, mobile, and social media channels. You’ll collaborate with other designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into videos.

Basic Qualifications:

• Participate in creative brainstorms and pitch visual ideas that enhance storytelling or engagement.
• Balance creativity with deadlines—deliver visually impressive work without slowing down the production pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely using Slack, Trello, Notion, Frame.io, or other async tools.
• Assist with animated content for product launches, webinars, ads, and social campaigns.
• Design for accessibility and clarity—make sure motion enhances the experience, not overwhelms it.

Preferred:

• Excited to create animations that engage, inform, and inspire.
• Understands how to render and export videos in proper formats and resolutions.
• Able to storyboard concepts and translate static visuals into dynamic animations.
• Able to collaborate with designers, editors, and marketers to bring concepts to life.
• Can repurpose existing content into animated assets for campaigns or social posts.
