Description:
We’re looking for a Sports Coach who believes in the power of positive reinforcement, structured training, and showing young athletes what they’re capable of — on and off the field. You’ll work closely with youth athletes, building confidence, motor skills, and a deep respect for teamwork and effort. You’ll assess strengths and weaknesses, design personalized training plans, and adapt sessions based on ongoing feedback. You’ll teach the fundamentals of the sport, breaking down complex movements into learnable steps. You’ll analyze performance, give feedback, and help athletes understand both their strengths and what they can improve. You’ll run sessions that are intense, efficient, and tailored to the level and ambition of your athletes. You’ll manage team dynamics, handle pressure during competition, and keep everyone focused, win or lose. You’ll communicate clearly, listen actively, and know when to step in — or step back — to let progress unfold. You’ll be responsible for lineups, substitutions, game plans, and in-game decision-making.
Basic Qualifications:
- Foster a culture of hard work, respect, and continuous growth.
- Provide honest, constructive feedback—whether it’s for a star player or a beginner.
- Adjust training plans based on progress, injuries, or upcoming events.
- Develop game strategies, plays, or techniques based on opponents and competition goals.
- Review game footage to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Preferred:
- Capable of coaching both individuals and groups, depending on the training setting.
- Can mentor assistant coaches, team captains, or junior staff as part of leadership duties.
- Able to analyze performance using video playback, stats, or drills to identify areas for improvement.
- Pays attention to discipline, time management, and instilling a strong work ethic in athletes.
- Able to create structured practice plans that focus on skill development, conditioning, and teamwork.
Benefits:
- Chance to specialize — speed, strength, mindset, recovery, you name it.
- Coaching apparel, shoes, and gear provided — look sharp, move freely.
- Work with other passionate coaches — build a crew, not a hierarchy.
- Lead with your passion — we empower you to coach your way, not by a script.
- Athlete-first culture — we care more about growth than just wins.
You’ll communicate regularly with assistants, parents, and management to align on development plans and expectations. You’ll work closely with medical staff, nutritionists, and support personnel to ensure a complete approach to development. You’ll help foster sportsmanship, leadership, and accountability among your players — on the field, in school, and in life. This role is perfect for someone who sees progress not just in scores, but in posture, attitude, and self-belief. You’ll have input on game preparation, recovery cycles, and performance tracking using data where applicable. We value coaches who are dependable, passionate, and deeply invested in the people they train. If you believe that coaching is about more than winning — it’s about teaching, building confidence, and celebrating growth — we want you on our team. Let’s train with purpose, celebrate every win, and help people become the strongest versions of themselves.
