Description:

We’re offering a trainee position for someone deeply interested in psychology, coaching, and human development — no prior experience required, just a sincere desire to help people grow. You’ll assist in supporting client journeys by helping to prepare reflective prompts, self-assessment tools, and session summaries. We’ll teach you how to listen not just to words, but to patterns, pauses, and what’s left unsaid. You’ll assist in workshops on topics like self-confidence, emotional intelligence, burnout prevention, and growth mindset. Expect to participate in planning group workshops, journaling challenges, or guided reflection exercises. You’ll participate in mock sessions, help prepare reflection exercises, and study how people respond to different coaching styles. You’ll help research and summarize strategies from CBT, positive psychology, and motivational interviewing. You’ll also learn how to communicate feedback gently, reframe limiting beliefs, and encourage mindset shifts. We’ll teach you how to set boundaries, practice non-judgmental communication, and build trust in a coaching environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support clients through life transitions, burnout, imposter syndrome, or goal-setting blocks.
• Know when to push, when to pause, and when to just listen in silence.
• Encourage accountability while maintaining empathy—growth isn’t always comfortable.
• Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to help individuals overcome mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Track your own growth as a coach—self-awareness is part of the job.

Preferred:

• Knows how to adapt coaching models to both in-person and online settings.
• Able to guide clients through emotional challenges, mindset shifts, or behavioral changes with empathy and professionalism.
• Able to design exercises, workbooks, or frameworks that support personal growth outside of sessions.
• Familiar with managing client notes, confidentiality agreements, and scheduling tools.
• Pays attention to body language, tone, and emotional cues to offer deeper insight and support.
