Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks and organization. You’ll be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that daily tasks and meetings are well-organized. You’ll handle a wide variety of tasks, from managing emails and phone calls to organizing documents and preparing reports. You’ll assist with travel bookings, hotel reservations, and providing detailed itineraries for business trips and personal travel. You’ll also help with data entry, file management, and document organization to keep things running smoothly. You’ll manage a variety of tasks, including research, data entry, and preparing materials for meetings and presentations. You’ll work with other team members to streamline processes and increase efficiency in everyday operations. You’ll provide personal support for special projects, including research, event planning, and gift coordination. You’ll assist in creating reports, preparing presentations, and helping with project management tasks.
Basic Qualifications:
- Anticipate needs—if you know there’s a meeting tomorrow, prep the agenda today.
- Support small team coordination if needed—sending reminders, checking schedules, or confirming logistics.
- Assist with personal tasks like online purchases, appointments, or simple research—whatever helps free up time.
- Manage recurring tasks like weekly planning, birthday reminders, invoice tracking, or subscription management.
- Above all: protect your client’s time, reduce their stress, and make their life easier every day.
Preferred:
- Understands how to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Open to managing both personal and professional tasks when requested.
- Experience booking travel, managing expenses, or coordinating logistics remotely.
- Interested in growing into roles like Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
