We’re on the hunt for a TikTok Content Creator who lives and breathes the app. Not just someone who watches videos — we need someone who understands the platform’s pulse and can ride trends before they explode. You’ll be filming, editing, and scripting with a deep understanding of what keeps viewers hooked. If your camera roll is filled with drafts you never posted, we want to see them. This role moves as fast as TikTok itself, so you need to be fast, creative, and ready to adapt. You’ll create fun, fresh content that catches the eye of TikTok’s algorithm and lands on the For You page. You’ll be brainstorming fresh ideas, filming on the fly (even if it’s just with your phone), and editing everything with impeccable timing to match the latest trends. Bonus points if you’ve made someone laugh out loud with your content or left them saying, “I didn’t know I needed this until I saw it. TikTok is a whole new language, and we want someone who speaks it fluently.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track analytics weekly to report on wins and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to brainstorm ideas, share feedback, and keep the energy high.
• Come up with content series that can keep people coming back (e.g. tips, POVs, behind-the-scenes).
• Research what’s trending in your niche and bring a fresh twist to it whenever possible.
• Test different posting times, hooks, and video structures to see what performs best.

Preferred:

• Willing to brainstorm as a team and occasionally help shoot content for others.
• Knows how to adapt content formats (e.g., vlogs, skits, listicles) to TikTok style.
• Basic understanding of camera angles, lighting, and audio for mobile video shoots.
• Curious about what makes content go viral and interested in analyzing metrics.
• Follows cultural and social media trends closely, both globally and locally.
