Description:

We’re hiring a Construction Worker who isn’t afraid of hard work, early mornings, or getting their hands dirty to build something real. You’ll be on-site helping with everything from demolition and prep to framing, pouring, lifting, loading, and cleaning up. No resume needed — just bring energy, a good attitude, and the ability to show up on time. We’ll walk you through the basics: how to stay safe, follow instructions, and respect the crew. You’ll help lay tile, float walls, apply primer, cut corners (with tape, not attitude), and understand how small errors lead to big rework. You’ll learn how to work with your hands, your eyes, and your level — because finishing work isn’t just muscle, it’s precision. You’ll build your strength, your confidence, and your rhythm — learning when to push and when to slow down to stay safe and focused. You’ll work in the sun, the wind, sometimes the mud — but always with a crew that’s got your back. You’ll be expected to ask questions, take direction, and never pretend to know something when you don’t — that’s how real pros grow.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist with roadwork, landscaping, or exterior finishing tasks depending on the construction site type.
• Report equipment malfunctions, missing materials, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Follow all safety protocols—wearing PPE (hard hats, gloves, boots, goggles) and reporting hazards or incidents immediately.
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks and distribute them to appropriate areas on the site.
• Assist with excavation, pouring foundations, framing, roofing, or paving work depending on the phase of construction.

Preferred:

• Organized with tools, work areas, and task prioritization during a project.
• Physically fit to lift heavy loads, stand for long hours, and perform repetitive manual labor.
• Open to rotating between tasks such as measuring, cutting, mixing, or setting up structures.
• Has basic math skills for measuring materials, reading levels, or interpreting dimensions.
• Shows up on time, ready to work, and maintains a reliable work ethic.
