Description:

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Frontend Developer to join our growing development team and help create engaging web applications. You’ll work closely with senior developers to bring designs to life, building user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You’ll collaborate with designers to ensure that layouts, colors, and fonts are consistent with the brand identity. You’ll help implement designs provided by the design team, ensuring that they look great across devices and browsers. You’ll gain experience with modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue. You’ll gain experience working with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. You’ll collaborate with the backend team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality between the frontend and backend. You’ll be expected to debug issues and contribute to the improvement of website performance and functionality. You’ll contribute to the improvement of website performance, focusing on speed and accessibility.

Basic Qualifications:

• Explore performance tools like Lighthouse or Web Vitals to understand what makes a site fast and efficient.
• Assist in building interactive elements like modals, tabs, sliders, and form validations using modern JS techniques.
• Take pride in growing from junior to mid-level by consistently showing up, improving, and contributing to real-world products.
• Follow accessibility best practices (e.g., semantic HTML, focus states, ARIA roles) to make apps inclusive.
• Work closely with senior developers and designers to implement user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular).

Preferred:

• Familiar with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular at a beginner to intermediate level.
• Comfortable using browser dev tools for debugging layout and functionality issues.
• Experience working with version control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
• Eager to learn testing tools like Jest or end-to-end testing with Cypress.
• Enjoys building user-friendly experiences and learning from real-world challenges.
