Description:

We’re seeking an Interior Designer who can bring spaces to life through thoughtful planning, cohesive aesthetics, and a deep understanding of how people experience environments — from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for developing design concepts that balance comfort, aesthetics, and function across residential and commercial interiors. You’ll lead the development of mood boards, floor plans, 3D visualizations, and detailed design presentations. We expect you to balance creativity with research — understanding the behavior of users, the needs of the brand, and the practical limits of space. You’ll select furniture, finishes, lighting, textures, and materials with both style and performance in mind. You’ll select materials that are as practical as they are beautiful, ensuring comfort, durability, and long-term enjoyment. You’ll be on-site during key phases to guide execution, solve design challenges, and protect the original vision. You’ll work hand-in-hand with lighting designers, furniture makers, and stylists to elevate every element of the space. You’ll also attend site visits, manage vendors, coordinate deliveries, and troubleshoot installation issues as they arise.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to bring designs to life on-site.
• Balance color palettes, textures, and lighting to create cohesive atmospheres.
• Source unique or custom furnishings and finishes that elevate the space.
• Adapt layouts and plans based on space constraints, regulations, and client feedback.
• Manage timelines and budgets across multiple ongoing projects.

• Values beauty, functionality, and human-centered thinking in every space designed.
• Background or strong passion in interior design, architecture, spatial planning, or environmental design.
