We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help support our team with various administrative tasks. You’ll manage calendars, book appointments, and ensure that all scheduled meetings run smoothly and are well-coordinated. You’ll handle email correspondence, organizing incoming emails, responding to messages, and prioritizing tasks for the team. You’ll handle research projects, gathering key information and presenting findings to help with decision-making processes. You’ll assist in creating reports, presentations, and documents, ensuring that everything is professionally prepared. You’ll handle customer service tasks, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll help maintain a system for tracking expenses, invoices, and managing financial documents with accuracy. You’ll handle social media scheduling, posting, and interactions to keep the brand’s online presence active and engaging. You’ll assist with creating presentations, reports, and other materials to support the team’s objectives and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Update websites, social bios, or online profiles with fresh content or links if requested.
- Proofread documents, format presentations, or draft simple emails and social posts when needed.
- Maintain a calm, helpful, and professional tone in all interactions—whether you're working with clients or team members.
- Ultimately, become a reliable, efficient behind-the-scenes partner who helps everything run just a little more smoothly.
- Follow instructions carefully while also showing initiative when you spot room for improvement.
Preferred:
- Comfortable communicating professionally via email, chat, or video calls.
- Able to handle data entry, file organization, and internet research with accuracy.
- Good written English with clear communication and error-free responses.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience preparing reports, summaries, or presentations from raw data is a plus.
