Description:

We’re looking for a Sports Coach who believes in the power of positive reinforcement, structured training, and showing young athletes what they’re capable of — on and off the field. You’ll work closely with youth athletes, building confidence, motor skills, and a deep respect for teamwork and effort. You’ll develop game strategies, run drills, and guide players through conditioning programs tailored to their sport and goals. You’ll teach the fundamentals of the sport, breaking down complex movements into learnable steps. You’ll track performance over time, using both observation and metrics to highlight growth and adjust focus. You’ll give clear, age-appropriate feedback that helps each athlete understand how to get better. You’ll coach not only movement, but confidence — reinforcing habits that lead to mental resilience and long-term success. You’ll also mentor athletes on nutrition, mindset, and injury prevention as part of long-term development. You’ll create an environment where discipline feels empowering and effort is always acknowledged.

Basic Qualifications:

• Provide honest, constructive feedback—whether it’s for a star player or a beginner.
• Teach fundamentals and advanced skills in a way that’s clear, engaging, and age-appropriate.
• Adjust training plans based on progress, injuries, or upcoming events.
• Review game footage to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Lead by example in attitude, professionalism, and dedication—your energy sets the tone.

Preferred:

• Able to analyze performance using video playback, stats, or drills to identify areas for improvement.
• Willing to coordinate with parents, athletic departments, or organizations regarding schedules and expectations.
• Certified in coaching, physical education, or athletic training, or willing to obtain certification if required.
• Wants to grow into roles like Head Coach, Athletic Director, or Performance Trainer.
• Able to create structured practice plans that focus on skill development, conditioning, and teamwork.
