Description:

We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s ready to jump into the fast-paced world of digital partnerships and help us scale smart. You’ll be working behind the scenes (and sometimes front and center) to support our affiliate efforts — sourcing new partners, managing day-to-day communications, and helping campaigns run like a well-oiled machine. You’ll help onboard new affiliates, provide them with creative assets and tracking links, monitor performance metrics, and keep everything organized behind the scenes. You’ll help identify potential affiliates, assist with outreach, and make sure new partners are welcomed and onboarded with everything they need to succeed. You know how to stay on top of follow-ups, write friendly check-in emails, and make sure affiliates always feel supported and seen. You’re the kind of person who likes working with both people and data — someone who can pivot from creating a spreadsheet to drafting a message without missing a beat.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respond to affiliate inquiries in a timely, friendly manner and provide clear support when they hit a snag.
• Be the behind-the-scenes engine that helps affiliates feel supported, motivated, and ready to promote.
• Maintain updated documentation and how-to guides to make affiliate onboarding smoother and less manual.
• Pull screenshots, testimonials, or results from affiliates to be used in case studies or internal presentations.
• Keep an eye on competitor programs to identify what’s working elsewhere and suggest improvements to ours.

Preferred:

• Values honesty, transparency, and clear communication in partnerships.
• Curious about how affiliates monetize blogs, YouTube, TikTok, or newsletters.
• Comfortable managing spreadsheets, tracking links, and performance reports.
• Open to training on affiliate compliance, disclosures, and ethical promotion practices.
• Organized when it comes to managing partner lists, terms, and payments.
