Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee our profile and optimize our gigs for maximum success. You’ll manage the entire gig creation process, from crafting compelling descriptions to setting competitive pricing and packages. You’ll manage our Fiverr profile, update gig details, and keep everything aligned with the latest trends and best practices. You’ll ensure all client communications are timely and professional, maintaining a positive relationship throughout the project. You’ll analyze gig performance and implement strategies to increase visibility, improve rankings, and boost sales. You’ll monitor competitors, staying ahead of market trends and making recommendations for new services or gig improvements. You’ll ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. You’ll handle all aspects of communication with clients, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and a fast response rate. You’ll work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions to attract new clients.

Basic Qualifications:

• Manage communication with clients across multiple gigs—ensuring tone stays professional, friendly, and on-brand.
• Document internal SOPs for each gig to maintain quality and train assistants or collaborators if needed.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, discounts, or limited-time bundles to boost gig traffic.
• Continuously improve gig performance using Fiverr analytics, feedback, and A/B testing on thumbnails or copy.
• Track order status, deadlines, and queue management to avoid delays and missed opportunities.

Preferred:

• Understands Fiverr’s review system and how to encourage positive feedback ethically.
• Comfortable taking initiative to suggest new services, bundles, or seasonal promotions.
• Background or interest in freelancing, digital services, or remote business operations.
• Can design gig thumbnails and banners that attract clicks and reflect the brand.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced digital environment with creative service offerings.
