Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker to join our express parcel sorting center — ideal for someone who moves fast, stays focused, and understands the urgency behind every delivery. You’ll help receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments, making sure everything is checked for damage and accuracy. You’ll help prep the floor for the next day’s shipments, making sure everything is sorted, staged, and clearly labeled. You’ll load and unload trucks, using pallet jacks or forklifts when needed, while following safety protocols at all times. You’ll be responsible for keeping aisles clear, shelves stocked, and the entire work area neat, clean, and hazard-free. You’ll assist in inventory counts, cycle checks, and restocking tasks using handheld scanners or digital tracking systems. You’ll use handheld scanners and digital systems to track product movement and update inventory in real time. You’ll help label boxes, verify order numbers, and prepare shipments with proper packaging and documentation. You’ll be trained to work efficiently under time pressure — especially during promotions, holidays, and peak shipping windows.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist with training new staff on safety protocols, task procedures, or warehouse layout.
• Stay punctual, focused, and ready to work physically throughout the shift.
• Respect company property, time, and fellow team members to maintain a positive work culture.
• Participate in team meetings or briefings to stay updated on tasks and safety updates.
• Support cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy and compliance.

Preferred:

• Comfortable lifting, stacking, and moving heavy boxes safely according to warehouse safety guidelines.
• Able to receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
