We’re hiring a Lifestyle / Beauty Influencer Trainee — no experience required, just natural charm, comfort with the camera, and a love for sharing your day-to-day in an aesthetic, calming way. You’ll help bring our brand and creative concepts to life through video shoots, photos, and short-form social content. We’ll guide you on how to make content that feels authentic, not overly polished — because real sells better than fake. Expect to work on scenes like “unbox and explain,” “use the product while talking,” or “reaction to transformation” content. We’ll teach you how to pose, move, speak naturally on camera, and bring emotion into your expressions and gestures. You’ll learn how to hit angles, follow visual rhythm, and bring variation into your face, eyes, posture, and hands. You’ll work with a small, agile crew — lights, mics, cue cards — and gain experience in professional but relaxed video shoots. You’ll gain experience working with cameras, lights, directors, stylists, and content producers in real-world settings. We’ll help you get comfortable with pacing, angles, facial control, and energy levels depending on the platform and format.

Basic Qualifications:

• Promote products or services authentically through your social media channels.
• Maintain your appearance, energy, and health to meet the physical demands of the role.
• Follow creative direction on set while also bringing your own flair and personality.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and stylists to bring creative visions to life.
• Create sponsored content that feels genuine—not overly scripted or forced.

Preferred:

• Comfortable performing on camera and expressing a range of emotions or moods naturally.
• Understands how to self-promote using reels, behind-the-scenes content, or trend participation.
• Able to follow creative direction, scripts, or moodboards from photographers and directors.
• Can memorize lines, deliver voiceovers, or improvise naturally during shoots when needed.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms for building personal or brand presence.
