We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media campaigns, and increasing engagement with our audience. You’ll oversee daily posts, ensuring they align with the brand’s tone and messaging while resonating with the target audience. You’ll analyze social media performance, track metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and growth. You’ll keep up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and platforms, ensuring our strategy is fresh and aligned with current digital marketing trends. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that campaigns and social media efforts are aligned with broader business goals. You’ll engage with followers and respond to comments or direct messages, fostering a strong online community. You’ll create and manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring they reach the right audience and achieve the desired goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Monitor trends, memes, and cultural moments to create timely content that’s both relevant and on-brand.
• Handle crisis communication or unexpected feedback with calm, clarity, and brand-aligned messaging.
• Experiment with new formats like polls, AMAs, or carousels to boost engagement and test what resonates.
• Write engaging, brand-aligned captions that spark conversation and keep followers coming back.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, friendly voice that reflects the brand's personality.

Preferred:

• Can prepare monthly performance reports with insights and next steps.
• Excited to grow into roles like Social Media Strategist, Content Lead, or Community Director.
• Can manage content calendars, cross-posting, and platform-specific guidelines.
• Comfortable using scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands, influencers, or personal projects.

You’ll report on social media analytics, offering insights and suggestions to improve campaign performance and ROI. You’ll ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints, from posts to ads and influencer collaborations.
