Description:

We’re seeking a Psychologist / Personal Development Coach Trainee who is passionate about mental clarity, emotional resilience, and the power of guided transformation — no experience required, only a strong desire to learn and serve. You’ll assist in supporting client journeys by helping to prepare reflective prompts, self-assessment tools, and session summaries. We’ll teach you how to recognize behavioral patterns, identify emotional blocks, and support clients through structured frameworks. You’ll help organize resources on stress management, goal-setting, motivation, and emotional regulation. We’ll show you how to design engaging self-help materials that blend psychology, coaching, and habit science. You’ll learn to create worksheets, weekly check-ins, and follow-up messages that encourage accountability. We’ll teach you how to hold space — quietly, supportively, and without judgment — even when emotions are high. You’ll observe how professionals balance theory with compassion in live or simulated coaching sessions. You’ll participate in case studies, roleplays, and feedback sessions to sharpen your empathy and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create supportive materials like worksheets, meditations, or follow-up emails.
• Stay updated on personal development trends, psychological research, and coaching best practices.
• Track progress over time and adjust methods based on client feedback and results.
• Know when to push, when to pause, and when to just listen in silence.
