Description:

We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst (Remote) who’s ready to take their analytical mindset to the next level in a supportive, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll work across departments to help collect, process, and interpret data that informs daily operations and long-term strategy. You don’t need to be an expert yet, but you should be confident working with spreadsheets, basic SQL, and eager to expand your knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. You’ll help build reports, maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and assist with ad-hoc analysis that impacts marketing, product, operations, and more. Whether you're pulling metrics from a database or organizing survey results into actionable takeaways, your work will help teams move faster and smarter. You’ll learn how to ask the right questions, collaborate with senior analysts, and communicate your findings in a way that’s easy for non-technical folks to understand.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be proactive about asking for feedback or clarification instead of waiting to get stuck.
• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and usability for analysis.
• Perform light statistical analysis and build charts that help non-technical teams understand the story behind the numbers.
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow internal privacy/security protocols at all times.
• Run basic queries using SQL or spreadsheets to explore datasets and identify trends, patterns, or anomalies.

Preferred:

• Comfortable collaborating remotely using tools like Slack, Notion, or Trello.
• Pays close attention to details and double-checks their work before submitting.
• Able to meet deadlines and ask clarifying questions when needed.
• Can assist in building reports or dashboards for different departments or clients.
• Keeps up with trends in BI tools, data automation, and industry use cases.
