Description:

We’re looking for a Video Editing Intern who’s ready to jump into the fast-paced, high-volume world of agency content production. ” You don’t need a full portfolio — just a good eye, a basic reel, and a serious drive to improve every week. You’ll add captions that actually keep people watching — synced perfectly, styled cleanly, and never late. You’ll learn how to mix talking heads with b-roll, screenshots, screen recordings, and animations to keep things visually fresh. You’ll help manage video assets across multiple clients — naming files properly, keeping folders clean, and making re-edits painless. You’ll be given raw footage and a creative brief, and we’ll help you translate that into something engaging, clear, and on-brand. You’ll learn to color correct, mix audio, apply transitions (without overdoing it), and export for different platforms. You’ll start by handling rough cuts, sound syncing, and basic formatting — then gradually take on more polished, client-facing edits. You’ll be trained to think like a viewer: "Would I watch past 3 seconds? You’ll keep files clean, exports optimized, and timelines organized — because chaos is not creative.

Basic Qualifications:

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions by suggesting creative ways to present content visually.
• Review footage critically—choosing the best takes and spotting visual or continuity issues before export.
• Add motion graphics, titles, sound effects, background music, and color correction to enhance visual quality and viewer experience.
• Organize and manage project files, assets, and backups for easy access and future edits—maintaining clean and efficient workflows.
• Work with subtitles, captions, or translations to make videos accessible and globally adaptable.

Preferred:

• Experience adding motion graphics, subtitles, or animated transitions is a plus.
• Values clarity, creativity, and consistency in every stage of the editing process.
• Experience editing short-form and long-form videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or corporate presentations.
• Organized with file management, version control, and naming conventions for projects.
• Able to follow a creative brief and work within brand guidelines and visual identity.
