Description:

We’re looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our remote team and provide exceptional service to our clients. You’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll assist customers with a variety of issues, including troubleshooting, billing, and product inquiries, ensuring they receive top-notch support. You’ll resolve customer complaints, ensuring that each issue is addressed professionally and to the customer’s satisfaction. You’ll help resolve complaints, turning negative experiences into positive ones by offering timely solutions. You’ll work closely with the team to escalate complex issues, ensuring customers receive timely solutions. You’ll work closely with other team members to ensure that customers receive the most accurate and up-to-date information. You’ll process returns, exchanges, and refunds, following company policies and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Participate in training sessions, weekly check-ins, and team retros to improve processes and stay aligned.
  • Track response times, satisfaction scores, and other KPIs to ensure you're meeting or exceeding support goals.
  • Provide feedback from the frontlines—what customers love, what confuses them, what’s broken—to inform product and UX decisions.
  • Be the human touchpoint in an increasingly automated world—because great support builds customer loyalty.
  • Handle returns, refunds, or complaints with professionalism and empathy, aiming to resolve issues and retain trust.

Preferred:

  • Familiar with support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Help Scout.
  • Pays close attention to detail and ensures customer information is recorded correctly.
  • Understands how to troubleshoot common issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
  • Excited to represent the company and its values through every interaction.
  • Organized with task tracking tools like Notion, Trello, or Jira.
