Description:

We’re looking for a talented Digital Illustrator to join our team and help create visually captivating designs for digital media. You’ll be responsible for creating detailed, high-quality illustrations for websites, social media posts, advertisements, and more. You’ll collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and designs that align with project goals and brand identity. You’ll use industry-standard software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other digital tools to create high-quality artwork. You’ll contribute to the development of visual concepts, storyboards, and illustrations that engage audiences and communicate ideas effectively. You’ll adapt your illustration style to suit the project’s tone, whether it’s minimalist, detailed, or whimsical. You’ll stay organized by maintaining a library of illustrations and assets, making it easy to retrieve and modify designs as needed. You’ll work closely with art directors and project managers, offering creative input and iterating on designs based on feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create original, high-quality illustrations for a variety of formats including websites, marketing materials, books, packaging, social media, and apps.
• Prepare illustrations for motion or UX integration—ensuring clean paths, scalable resolution, and export-friendly formats.
• Work closely with creative directors, designers, or clients to understand the project vision and translate concepts into compelling visuals.
• Revise and refine artwork based on feedback, maintaining consistency in color, proportion, and visual storytelling.
• Maintain organized file structures, layer naming, and version control for easier collaboration and future editing.

Preferred:

• Willing to create work in collaboration with designers, writers, and developers.
• Comfortable illustrating in various formats — from print-ready files to web-optimized graphics.
• Understands composition, color theory, perspective, and anatomy in visual storytelling.
• Organized with file management, layer structure, and version control in illustration files.
• Proficient in digital illustration tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or Clip Studio Paint.
