We’re searching for a Canva-savvy creative who can turn blank pages into beautifully designed, scroll-stopping templates. You know that design is more than just making things look nice — it’s about creating tools that empower people to express themselves with clarity and style. Your sense of layout, font pairing, and visual hierarchy is sharp, and you know exactly how to make a template both beautiful and practical. ” You’ve probably spent hours tweaking font pairings, finessing margins, and crafting layouts that look just as good on mobile as they do on desktop. You design with the end user in mind — your templates are intuitive, versatile, and customizable without compromising style. You move quickly in Canva, using every shortcut, feature, and layout trick like a pro. Canva is your second home — you know the ins and outs, from setting up custom dimensions to using brand kits, grids, and reusable elements like a pro. You’re collaborative, open to feedback, and always thinking about how to make the next design even better.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure all templates are mobile-friendly and optimized for both free and Pro Canva users.
• Package files neatly with clear naming conventions and folders to make download and navigation frictionless.
• Respond to feedback with a solutions-first attitude, updating designs based on client or market input.
• Above all, create templates people *love* to use—practical, aesthetic, and a joy to customize.
• Adapt template styles across multiple niches (coaches, teachers, content creators, real estate agents, etc.).

Preferred:

• Knows how to use Canva's brand kits, grids, and advanced features like animations.
• Able to design for different niches such as e-commerce, education, real estate, or wellness.
• Interested in creating bundles, style kits, and commercial-use template packs.
• Keeps up with design trends and updates in Canva’s feature set.
• Comfortable creating templates that are easy to customize for non-designers.
