Description:

We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress who’s ready to start fresh — no experience required, just a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in helping people feel welcome. You’ll welcome guests with a genuine smile, make them feel comfortable, and ensure they’re taken care of from the moment they sit down. You’ll start by shadowing experienced staff and slowly take on more tables as your confidence grows. You’ll stay attentive without hovering, offering refills, checking in at the right times, and clearing dishes efficiently. You’ll help guests navigate the menu, suggest options, and handle special requests with attention and care. You’ll be shown how to carry plates, handle drinks, and deliver food safely and professionally. You’ll process payments, split checks when needed, and thank guests sincerely before they leave. You’ll coordinate with kitchen staff, runners, and hosts to keep communication fluid and orders timely. You’ll follow all hygiene and safety standards, treating each shift with professionalism and responsibility.

Basic Qualifications:

• Process payments quickly, whether by cash, card, or split checks, and return correct change or receipts.
• Handle requests, complaints, or substitutions with patience and professionalism.
• Greet guests with a warm smile and guide them to their table, making them feel welcome right away.
• Learn and grow through feedback from managers, guests, and teammates.
• Stay on top of timing—know when to fire the next course or close out a table.

Preferred:

• Familiar with taking accurate food and drink orders and entering them into POS systems.
• Familiar with handling large parties, outdoor seating, or event service when needed.
• Willing to refill drinks, clear plates promptly, and check in without being intrusive.
• Comfortable carrying trays, serving multiple tables, and maintaining a clean and organized station.
• Wants to grow into roles like Head Waiter, Shift Lead, or Restaurant Manager.
