Description:

We’re hiring a Lifestyle / Beauty Influencer Trainee — no experience required, just natural charm, comfort with the camera, and a love for sharing your day-to-day in an aesthetic, calming way. You’ll help bring our brand and creative concepts to life through video shoots, photos, and short-form social content. We’re not looking for perfection — just natural charisma, confidence, and the ability to follow direction and adapt in front of the lens. Expect to film routines, GRWMs, product demos, favorite finds, cozy day edits, and quiet storytelling content. You’ll learn how to voiceover your clips, add gentle music, and write short captions that feel personal, not salesy. You’ll learn how to hit angles, follow visual rhythm, and bring variation into your face, eyes, posture, and hands. You’ll work with a small, agile crew — lights, mics, cue cards — and gain experience in professional but relaxed video shoots. You’ll be working with products in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, tech, or wellness depending on the campaign. Some shoots will be posed, others improvised — and you’ll get better at both with every session.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be flexible with last-minute changes, shoots, or travel opportunities.
• Stay authentic to your audience while balancing commercial expectations.
• Show up on time, prepared, and with a good attitude—people remember that.
• Represent the brand or agency professionally both online and offline.
• Understand and interpret scripts, briefs, or moodboards to deliver the desired tone and emotion.

Preferred:

• Able to collaborate with photographers, stylists, videographers, and creative teams.
• Thrives in creative, media-driven environments that reward charisma and originality.
• Willing to travel for shoots, castings, or brand events depending on project scope.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms for building personal or brand presence.
• Understands how to self-promote using reels, behind-the-scenes content, or trend participation.
