Description:

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Trainee to join our fast-paced digital agency — no experience needed, just raw creativity, adaptability, and a hunger to learn. You’ll work alongside experienced designers, learning how to turn briefs into beautiful, usable visuals that communicate clearly and look amazing. We’ll teach you the fundamentals of layout, typography, color theory, and design systems — using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. You’ll learn to use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva with purpose, not just aesthetics. We’ll show you how to work with mood boards, type pairings, product photography, and visual storytelling. Expect to spend your days combining fonts, layouts, and color palettes into designs that feel effortless and iconic. We’ll guide you through the entire process — from mood boards and concept sketches to final exports and performance review. You’ll learn the difference between “beautiful” and “usable” — and how great design blends both. You’ll be part of design critiques where you’ll learn how to explain your choices and grow from honest feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

• Meet with clients or stakeholders to understand their vision—even if they don’t speak 'design'.
• Stay organized using tools like Trello, Notion, or a good old sticky note wall.
• Adapt and refine concepts based on team feedback, client input, or changing requirements.
• Be the one who always notices when something's a pixel off (and fix it).
• Translate vague ideas like 'make it pop' into real, usable work.

Preferred:

• Able to design for both print and digital formats, including flyers, brochures, banners, and presentations.
• Knows how to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understands layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy for creating impactful designs.
• Can translate ideas or briefs into clear and compelling visual concepts.
• Can work independently and also contribute to team brainstorming and creative sessions.
