Description:

We’re looking for an Interior Designer who blends aesthetics with purpose — someone who can shape spaces that not only look beautiful, but feel intentional, functional, and alive. You’ll take full ownership of interior projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients to understand needs, preferences, and goals. From first sketch to final placement, you’ll lead the creative process and bring your vision to life with clarity and confidence. We’ll rely on your ability to bring warmth and clarity to interiors — creating rooms that feel effortless, yet thoughtfully composed. You’ll select furniture, finishes, lighting, textures, and materials with both style and performance in mind. We’ll rely on you to manage timelines, suppliers, budgets, and contractors while maintaining creative integrity. You’ll be on-site during key phases to guide execution, solve design challenges, and protect the original vision. You’ll be present on-site for walkthroughs, installations, and those final finishing touches that complete the atmosphere. You’ll also contribute to sourcing and procurement, ensuring timelines are met and quality is never sacrificed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep clients informed and excited, even when inevitable delays or revisions occur.
• Develop interior design concepts that blend function, aesthetics, and client preferences.
• Be the calm expert in high-stress moments like move-in days or tight turnarounds.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to help visualize design ideas clearly.
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that align with the vision and budget.

Preferred:

• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite for creating floor plans and visual presentations.
• Values beauty, functionality, and human-centered thinking in every space designed.
• Organized with tracking revisions, sourcing materials, and updating project timelines.
• Comfortable preparing client presentations and defending design decisions with clarity and rationale.
• Comfortable working within space planning, lighting design, and furniture layout principles.
