Description:

We’re hiring a Music Producer who can shape raw emotion into powerful sound — someone who understands groove, structure, and how to guide an artist toward their most honest and compelling work. You’ll be responsible for taking musical projects from scratch to final mix, helping artists discover, shape, and refine their sonic identity. You’ll build arrangements that support the voice, elevate the lyrics, and create a unique signature for every track. You’ll create everything from rhythm tracks and harmonic beds to final arrangements and mixing notes. You’ll manage sessions with empathy and focus, keeping momentum while giving artists room to explore and be vulnerable. You’ll work across genres, tempos, and moods — from intimate ballads to high-energy anthems — with authenticity and craft. You’ll be the bridge between creative energy and polished output, ensuring every detail feels intentional and emotionally true. You’ll balance creativity with technical know-how — exporting, compressing, and preparing assets for every use case, from Dolby Atmos to TikTok. You’ll also help shape sonic branding, audio identities, and long-term sound strategy for clients or in-house properties.

Basic Qualifications:

• Guide the emotional and sonic direction of songs to match the artist’s vision and market fit.
• Make key decisions on structure, tempo, harmonies, and overall vibe during production.
• Manage studio sessions, keeping artists focused, inspired, and on schedule.
• Balance perfectionism with progress—know when a track is done.
• Collaborate with artists, songwriters, and musicians to shape the sound and feel of each track.

Preferred:

• Familiar with creative trends in sound design, vocal processing, and streaming-ready arrangements.
• Experienced in working independently or remotely with clients, labels, and vocalists worldwide.
• Experience producing music across genres such as pop, hip-hop, electronic, or cinematic depending on artist or project needs.
• Values originality, attention to sonic detail, and the emotional connection music can create.
• Wants to grow into roles like Executive Producer, Sound Designer, or Label A&R.
